24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the late cancellation fee may apply.
